-20 minutes from downtown San Diego and 15 minutes from Naval Base San Diego.
-Shared kitchen and FREE laundry facilities in home. Room comes furnished or unfurnished.
-Access to backyard and BBQ grill.
-Access to brand new community pool and state-of-the-art gym.
-3-minute walking distance from barber shop, restaurants, convenience stores, and multiple brand-new parks.
-Very quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking at all times of the day. Parking is never an issue.
-Free small storage space in garage.
-Renter must be clean and tidy.
-ABSOLUTLEY NO DRUG USE!!
-I am not a smoker but smoking is allowed in the backyard only.
-No pets.
-$1500 a month. Internet/Wi-Fi and trash service included. Gas/electric and water/sewage split by tenants.
-Military preferred. If not military, two references and background check required.
-Security deposit of $800 and first months rent due at signing.
