Large Bedroom with walk-in closet and Private Bath

I am a quiet, clean person looking for someone who is similar. I've had a cleaning/organizing business for the last 16 years. I rarely have any guests over. I'm early to bed and early to rise and have a healthy lifestyle. I have a mellow 16 year old miniature pinscher/chihuahua mix. My unit is on the top (4th) floor and is a corner unit, so there are no tenants above or next to me and there is a wrap around patio that faces the south and the west. More often than not, there is a beautiful sky from the sunrise and sunset. The amenities are amazing with a resort style pool with cabanas and a hot tub. A work out gym with everything you could possibly need and a separate yoga studio. The community is peaceful and safe and there are so many walking trails and paths and beautiful surroundings. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, kitchen island and a large open floor plan with lots of windows for lots of light.
