Private room in Clean/Quite Townhome

Seeking working professional roommate ~ we have one furnished bedroom with a shared detached bathroom on the 2nd floor of our townhouse. Monthly rent for each room is $1,125.00 + Utilities. A cleaning service is included and paid for by the landlord to clean all common areas/bathrooms every few weeks. Room can come unfurnished or furnished with a queen bed, dresser, and side table.

The room is in a quiet and clean home so we are looking for someone who cleans up after themselves, and helps maintain a calm environment. The room comes unfurnished, but we have furnishing options if you would like that option (bed, dresser, etc). You will have access to the laundry room, kitchen and main downstairs living room. There is always street parking, and the neighborhood is extremely safe and well-lit at night.

The townhouse is located in Otay Ranch in the neighborhood of Montecito which offers a community pool, fitness center, walking trails, basketball and tennis courts, parks and plenty of off street parking. Close to schools, shopping and easy 805 and 125 freeway access. We have 1 dog and 1 cat, so unfortunately no additional pets will be allowed. There is a standard security deposit of 1 month's rent.
