Looking for serous inquiries! Tiny 2 bedroom one bath 800 sq ft. apartment shared with me and my cat. Don't worry my cat is fully trained to use the toilet, so a litter box won't be an issue.
Only a few neighbors downstairs, but I am the only unit upstairs.
