This is a two-story townhome on the border of El cajon and lakeside. Kitchen privileges, washer and dryer in unit, shared bathroom. Must be quiet clean and consider it person. I am very clean and expect nothing less. No computers. No TV. No sleepovers. No visitors unless asked ahead. Notice, the rent is cheap for this room because I my health is affected by EMF and I cannot handle the frequencies of computers and TVs etc. Thank you for understanding.
