- Shared areas of the home (downstairs) include: living room/family room/dining room/kitchen/outdoor kitchen and pool. Washer and dryer in the garage.
- There is always available parking in the cul de sac or sometimes driveway.

- Main roommate: 32 year old professional female who works from home (me) and travels often.
