The room is roughly 10x10 with a mirrored cedar closet, ceiling fan, east-facing window, and carpets. The bathroom has recently been updated and is shared with one roommate.

The house is a warm, modern suburban house in a quiet neighborhood near Fletcher Hills. The kitchen is modern and recently updated, and the house comes with a comfortable living room, dining space, and spacious backyard. The attached garage currently serves as a workshop space. The home includes in-house laundry. All utilities are included except Wifi, which is $55 a month (1GB unlimited) and is extremely fast and stable. The house currently comes equipped with a sweet and well-behaved young cat.

Driveway and street parking provide plenty of available parking space at all times. Beautiful new native wildflower landscaping recycles water and attracts birds and butterflies. The house is within two minutes of food and retail on Fletcher Ave.

There are two current roommates:

Matt (landlord) works with animals and museums, and enjoys hosting game nights, spoiling his pets, cooking, woodworking, and gardening. He's easygoing and tries his best to clean as he goes.

Marco is a work from home professional who enjoys nights in playing WoW. He keeps things clean and simple, and is an all-around very kind and pleasant person to live with.
