I am looking for a female professional, a like-minded individual to live in one of my extra bedrooms (room dimension 10 x 9), in a house with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths in Escondido 92027. The bath (full shower and tub) will be shared with another female roommate and occasionally with visiting guests. Current housemates include myself, owner (professional working in medical software testing) in the master bedroom, and an additional female roommate (yet to be found).
I am in my 30?s, working most of the days, but when time allows I like to relax at the house, go out occasionally, and generally just enjoy living where I live. I also like traveling, going to concerts, movies, and exploring the beautiful views that San Diego has to offer. I will sometimes have friends over for movies, or just a get together, etc (which I will invite you to join, if you would like), but in general I try to maintain a relaxing home environment, this means I am looking for an independent housemate who will not have frequent guests.

I am looking for someone who is easygoing, clean and respectful.
Sharing household responsibilities it?s a must. Division of responsibilities helps everyone.

Room is furnished, wall closet available, with more storage supplies.
The house itself is large, open, and bright, amazing backyard, with a lemon tree, an orange tree and a fig tree. Opportunity of gardening.

Appliances in the house include: 2 fridges, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer with central A/C and heating for the whole house, that usually stays at 72-75 F degrees in the house.

Laminate wooden floor throughout the house besides the 4 bedrooms that have carpet.
Access to the new remodel kitchen. Light cooking is Ok in the kitchen.

In the house from time to time there will be 2 friendly dogs, small bread (a Westie highland terrier and a Schnoodle (Schnauzer Poodle mix)). You must be an animal lover to live in this house.

The specifics:

Rent is $850/month +100$ utilities (flat rate) included (due in advance by last day of the month prior) for:
1 Bedroom+shared bath - 3 months lease, then month to month
Utilities include water, electricity, gas, internet, as long as usage is within reasonable range
Deposit $950 required to secure room prior to move in

Parking: street (plentiful on the street right in front of house). Safe, upscale community.

I?m not just looking for a roommate, but someone who is a great match and enjoys a similar lifestyle!
