Room in comfy house on farm setting in Escondido!

Medium size room available in 3BR 1BA home in nice neighborhood on the edge of beautiful San pasqual valley in Escondido.

The room is a nice size and has a lot of closet space. Large windows give good light too. Clean walls (replastered last year)

The bathroom is shared but I found it to be no issue with my last roommate. As long as it is cleaned once a week.

10 mins to I-15 and 78. 5 mins to downtown Escondido. 10 mins to Westfield mall and safari park.

This house is amazing. You don’t find another like it! I’ve lived in apts and other small houses and this is by far the best living situation I have ever been in. You’ll love winding down after a long days work with a beer on the porch looking out at the farm. If you like privacy, this place will work well for you. At this location, you feel as if no one is around, yet we are in the middle of it all. The farm has a throwback feeling that brings a great vibe to the house. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are all furnished. There is also a 3rd bedroom that I use for storage but If you need an office i am more than accommodating. We could also discuss other ideas or continue using for storage. There is also a storage shed for anything large or whatever you want. Plenty of parking off street. This property is Great because there is a lot of separation from the road and a long driveway to get to the house. Also a basketball hoop there if you wanna have some PU games or play horse or 1v1 I’m down. 😂 although I’m no good anymore.

Bottom line is I will respect you if you respect me. I keep this place clean and I expect you to do the same. All the furniture is mine that I built myself and I expect you to take care of not only that but the house in whole . I take a lot of pride in doing that. I run a pool service business and I work a lot. I get up at 530 am and usually am gone until 6pm. (I go to gym after work) so if you work from home I won’t be a bother to you. I enjoy dirt biking in the desert and mountain biking. I am conservative. I voted for trump. If that’s a problem for you, we will not be a good match. I’d like to live with someone I can kick back with after work and have a couple beers with and bullshit. I cook alot but I keep the place clean.
