Room for a senior in a gated community.

We would prefer a senior female who will share a bathroom with Kathy, who is leaving soon. She now rents 2 bedrooms but is willing to give up one bedroom and to share the bathroom. When she leaves a renter could also rent the second bedroom and have the bathroom privately. The cost for one bedroom is $725 per month. If a renter chose to also rent the second bedroom the cost for that room would be an additional $500 per month, on a month to month lease. Kathy has had a month to month lease for almost 4 years. She also does not drive and I take her to Vons for groceries and her pharmacy meds each week. I also take yer to her doctor's appointments, within 10 miles. I make this same offer to a new renter..
