1 bedroom with private bathroom

I have a 1 bedroom with a private bath available in my condo. I currently live in the other bedroom with my two cats. Most of the condo is furnished except the bedroom for rent. There’s a washer and dryer in the unit. The room comes with a parking spot and there’s lots of street parking. There’s a small backyard that is being worked on but has a table and seats for you and a few friends. I like spending time at home but also outside hiking. I don’t have people over constantly but I do like to have a few parties throughout the year.
