Medium unfurnished room in Old Escondido

Medium unfurnished room in Old Town Escondido available in my triplex. Bathroom is a share, most utilities included except for gas/electric. Looking for FEMALE only please do not text if you are a male my young daughter comes to live with me every other week. Place has a washer and dryer in unit, a beautiful shared backyard, garage space for extra storage, and a small deck area with fire pit. Place is offset from street so room is quite. Living there is me, my daughter who only comes every other week and small very gentle dog Marvel. I work long shifts and my daughter and I are typically gone from 7am to 7pm most days. I am also going back to school so will be absent from the house even more coming September. I am looking for someone else with a busy schedule as well. I work as a registered veterinary technician and am a clean, well organized person who loves to cook, take it easy at home in the rare occasion I can and play in the great outdoors. I'm looking for someone else who is also a clean bc I would like the same respect I give out. I'm pretty laid back with most things but a tidy house is nonnegotiable so please don't apply if you are a messy person, this starts as a month to month and it definitely won't work if you continuously leave big messes.
