Unfurnished Room Available in 2BR Apt Pvt Bath

Hello, I’m looking for a roommate to fill the second unfurnished bedroom. My previous roommates moved back to the east coast to be closer with family. The lease renews in October so I’d prefer someone who wants to stay at least a year.

Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit so you'll have privacy, your own bathroom (attached), and a balcony. Laundry is in unit (on the balcony) so no laundry facility awkwardness. Our unit faces a busy road though so if traffic noise bothers you then I suggest looking elsewhere. Parking is in the complex (no street parking) and we can share a dedicated covered parking spot, otherwise parking is generally not too bad.

Background check will be required and you'll need to sign the lease with the apartment complex. You can break out of the lease at any time though if it doesn't work out for whatever reason. All I ask is that you're quiet, clean up after yourself and are not a smoker.
