The Village Mission Valley!

Hi, my wife and I are looking for a very clean, respectful, and a pays on time type of roommate. We live in a beautiful neighborhood that includes central air conditioning, a man made trail inside the neighborhood, 5 different pools/jacuzzis, a gym with a sauna, a gorgeous clubhouse and it?s own market just in case you don?t feel like leaving. The community is gated and requires visitors to be on an access list to enter the complex. You will have the app available to assign yourself a pass and a pass for your guests. The neighborhood is very safe and friendly place. I always feel safe walking our two dogs no matter what time of night. Parking will be available on the street within the complex and requires you keep your visitors parking pass visible on the dashboard. We do have two dogs they aren?t barkers and are friendly and potty trained. As for the room we are renting out it?s a great size and it?s furnished but you are free to decorate however you please. You have your own private bathroom that is a great size. The closet space is a great size as well. Did I mention you have your own private entrance? You can access your room without even coming downstairs. The common areas are the living room, washer/dryer and kitchen as well as a 1/2 bath located downstairs. We are very clean and expect you to keep the common areas exactly how you found them if not in better condition. We are a very friendly couple looking to share our home with the right person!!
