Resort style complex looking for roommate !

Hello name is Karina I have a roommate named Jacky & we’re looking for a responsible third person to take over our last roommate’s lease and to reapply with us here at the Village Mission Valley. You will be sharing a room with me or we can have the option to convert the living room into a bedroom we’re very flexible in that aspect. For instance if we convert the living room into a bedroom we will drop the price to 900 or 800.

We need someone to reapply with us to make us eligible again income wise to continue to live here until next March.

This is a secure complex, there’s permit parking, 4 pools, lots of jacuzzis, 24 hour gym access, sauna, in unit laundry, a trail, a club house. It’s a lot to offer and so very hard for us to give up. Let me know if you’re interested we can definitely set something up :)
