Room available next to the beach

Hello, my name is Lizeth, we are 4 adults at home, a baby and a dog, we live near the beach (literally a two-minute walk away) in imperial beach in a house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, garage , laundry and 2 balconies, we have public parking and many shops, schools and restaurants nearby. We are looking for a Rommate for a room with a closet, a shared bathroom and who is calm, respectful, clean, honest and respects the house rules.

I dedicate myself to taking care of my baby. I am 24 years old and my baby is about to turn two years old. My baby is calm, happy and we never leave him alone. My husband is 27 years old and works at KIA but he is also a martial arts instructor.

The other two rommates are calm, respectful and always busy as they are in the military and one of them has a dog.

We are asking $1100 for the room , there is an application to fill out, the house utilities are shared.

The room will be available March 1st
