Renting a large 12x10 room on the 3nd floor with its own bathroom in a fantastic luxury townhome built in 2005 remodeled with new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. 4 bedroom / 3 bathrooms located on the border of Kearny Mesa/Linda Vista (near 163/805 freeways). On the 3rd floor there are 2 rooms where one would be yours with your own large bathroom; the other bedroom is where my wife and I live (we're in our 30s Program Manager and
Massage Therapist). On the 2nd floor lives another housemate with their own room and bathroom (30s Biotech Professional female). The 4th room (1st floor) is a workout room for all.

You'd get your own 12x10 private room and personal bathroom along with access to all the common areas of the house (kitchen, entertainment room, living room, etc.)

Amenities:
- All utilities included (gas, electric, water, trash, internet, Netflix)
- Washer/dryer in the house you can use
- Luxury amenities - fireplace, AC, new granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, awesome kitchen
- Gym (multi function gym machine with bench press / squat rack) on first floor
- Walking distance to a lot of things (Rockie's frozen yogurt, Ichifuji Sushi, In-N-Out, Target, Starbucks, Subway, Pokemate, etc.)
- Central location in San Diego, quick to get anywhere - close to 163 / 805 / 8
- Your own private bedroom and bathroom
- Room has some furniture and a queen bedspring. Can come unfurnished as well if you want.

Other details:
- Professional preferred (or at least similar lifestyle - someone who goes to bed by midnight and up in the morning for work)
- Respectful and clean individual only, no couples or children
- No pets or smokers
- Street parking but a spot is available in the garage for $100/month if needed (EV charging spot available).

Criteria to be considered:
- Gross monthly income of at least $4000 (will verify pay stubs) - no exceptions reply with your gross monthly income
- Good credit score and clean background check - no exceptions, reply that you meet these as your application fee will check this and it'll save you an application fee / time if you don't meet
- Solid rental history with no evictions - no exceptions, confirm this
