I work full time, and am looking for a renter who prefers a calm and peaceful place to call home. My adult son (29 yrs) lives with me while attending school to become a pilot. The bathroom would be shared with him.
This room room is $1,000 per month including utilities, 2 small fridges, and wi-fi. Deposit of $800. We have a cute little 5 year old King Charles Caviliar/Dauschand mix (12lbs.) who lives on the property. The house is 1.3 mile (2 km) distance from the nearest bus stop.
This room is available on a month -to- month basis, until June 2024.
