The apt has AC. Cable/water is included in the rent. We would split wifi/electric.
The apartment has a pool/spa, tennis courts and a gym. Its on Torrey Pines rd so its about 15 min walking distance to La Jolla shores but also still a 5 min drive to UCSD. The views are seriously stunning and the place is super huge for a 2b/2b.
The rent for the room is 1800 (I prefer to have it filled as a single) looking to fill it for a 12 month lease starting June 15th. DM me for more info or to see the video tour I have of it!
