Great Location. Next Door To Ucsd, Hospitals, Trol

I am widowed, young at heart, caring, kind and good natured. I work PT and am often gone on weekends. I have a small dog that goes everywhere with me. Hes a good boy. I am comfortable spending time in my room as well as socializing. Everything is available to use. I have previously had two roommates that we shared facilities and everything worked well.. There is a pool, jacuzzi , street parking or I-have a garage It's a well kept complex. Safe. Close to college, hospitals, freeway, shops. I would really like to have someone to enjoy the space and feel comfortable and safe.
