1 bed/1bath(Master) in 3 bed/3bath house- La Jolla

Just a couple low-maintenance guys looking for a third member of our Wolfpack. The living situation would be for the listed 6 months, as we will be signing a new 6 month lease with our property management company (CoSine Real Estate). We would prefer a roommate that is tidy, respectful of keeping mutual living spaces relatively clean, and enjoys hanging out and having a beer or two.

Great community in a great location close to I-5. 15 min drive any direction to La Jolla Cove, Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach, Del Mar, and Downtown/Gaslamp. Swimming pool and hot tub in HOA community (no HOA fees). Vons less than 1 mile away. La Jolla Colony Park just steps away. UTC right around the corner (4 minutes).

2 car garage (1 space available). Utilities (internet, water, SDGE) split 3 ways. Don’t hesitate to ask for any additional information about ourselves and/or the place!
