La Jolla Crossroads Summer Sublease

Summer Sublease Near UCSD at LA JOLLA CROSSROADS!

I’m currently looking to sublease my bedroom from 6/22-9/21 (flexible) for $1400 per month.

The apartment is located in the UTC area, 3 minute drive to the mall and about 2.4 miles from campus (7-10 minute drive). The nearest bus stop is a 3 minute walk from the apartment.

Amenities are also included!! This apartment has some amazing amenities. I put them in the post so you can see! It comes with community gym access, state of the art outdoor basketball court, pool for the summer weather, bowling alley, movie theater, a new taco truck every Wednesday, etc! This apartment has it all and allows for ease of comfort and flexibility around the area.

I plan on leaving the bed FRAME, desk, lamps, etc. for whoever subleases. I will be taking the full size mattress so please be prepared to bring your own. Also the tv will be gone. This room also has a balcony for access only for yourself! For the summer, there will be one other guy living in the house so the bathroom will have to be shared. He’s quiet and keeps to himself.
