We have 1 large bedroom , available immediately which has a cathedral ceiling, an extra large window facing west, one good sized closet, directly across from the large shared bathroom for rent in our nicely remodeled home on a month to month basis, though we hope to find renters that want to stay a long time.

For just one person the rent is as follows:
$1,200 per month rent
(INCLUDES UTILITIES)
$1,000 Security Deposit (refundable if you cause no damage to the property and leave the room in the same shape it was in upon move in)
$2,200 total move in

Couples will be considered for an additional $700 a month.

We have extra storage space in the garage available at a nominal rental fee, we have both storage closets, a couple of closets that have a closet rods in them for hanging extra clothes, or if you have something larger that doesn’t fit in a cabinet we could potentially accommodate that as well…

-Dogs or Cats will be welcomed for an additional $50 a month Pet Rent per pet due to the extra cleaning associated with pet hair/ECT…

-We are Brother and Sister Resident owners who live in 2 of the other bedrooms and the 6th bedroom is our private home office.
We are very easy going and welcome all types of people as long as they are respectful to all the residents in the home…

-The house is only a 1/2 mile from Lake Murray, 1.5 miles from Cowles Mtn Trailhead, and 3.5 miles to SDSU.
There is plenty of parking here.

-The interior of the house has been freshly painted, and there are new windows and laminate wood flooring throughout the house.
-Central A/C+Heat
-Large front courtyard enclosed by a 6 ft tall fence. There’s a huge concrete slab area in the middle great for laying out in the sun, there’s a covered side area for shade, and artificial turf surrounding the outer edges.
-Newer stove, microwave, Dishwasher, and there are 2 huge refrigerators, ,one for the owners and one for the renters use. as well as Air Fryers/Toaster Ovens, and Coffee Makers that do both pots of coffee or coffee pods firmer single cups.
-We provide trucked in Arrowhead water in a dispenser which has both extra cold and regular temperature water options.
-The kitchen is large and has 2 separated sections , one side for owners, one for renters. There is a coffee maker and toaster oven/air fryer on both sides of the kitchen, and there is plenty of kitchen cabinets available to put your kitchen supplies in.
-XL capacity side load washer and dryer. No additional cost to use, renters are just responsible for their own laundry supplies like laundry detergent, softeners, bleach, Ect...
There is a laundry table next to the machines where you can fold your clean clothes, and there’s a hanging rod up above the table so you can hang your clothes as you pull them out of the dryer.
-Renters have full use of the common areas. Simple basic house rules apply. Be mindful of other residents, and if you made the mess, you clean it up bringing the area you used back to the condition it was in before you got started so that when the next resident comes along they will be able to enjoy the use of the area as well…

-The resident owners take care of the bulk of the household chores. We sweep the floors daily, mop the floors weekly, empty trash cans/recycling, dusting, and detailed cleaning.

Renters are primarily responsible for the personal messes they create.

- We provide all the following basic house cleaning supplies: paper towels, disinfecting wipes, dish soap, hand soap, Toilet Paper(for the shared bathroom only), Kleenex (shared bathroom only) trash bags, Bona sweeping/mopping stick, washable Bona sweeping and mopping pads. We also provide individual hand towels for each resident in both the kitchen and bathroom for drying your washed hands and we wash them at least once a week if not more often.

NO SMOKING ALLOWED ON OR AROUND THIS PROPERTY…

- You will need to provide 3 months worth of current bank statements and pay stubs from work in order to verify income/ability to pay rent.
