A room for rent and a deal you can’t miss out on. With a lot of free space you are able to roam the property freely. You’ll have your own private bathroom/bedroom. The condo has its own washer/dryer inside so there’s no need for a laundromat. 15 mins max from any necessity needed, and a grocery store down the street. I’m a very laid back person and I’m usually never home. All I ask for is another clean person to share this space with me.
