$1200 Rent, Deposit $1042. OPEN JULY 1st. We are looking for a Housemate to fill 1/4, with a shared bathroom. We have a bi-weekly Houskeeper. She cleans the common areas and your shared bathroom best way we can express her importance is that she is helping us keep the home in the best possible shape for our landlord's sake. We have a washer and dryer in the garage. Plenty of street parking. no blunts or tobacco products unfortunately this does stick to the walls and is against the lease. We unfortunately can't have pets per our landlord's request 🙄. SO MANY RULES! But I swear you will love it! I am an amazing cook if I must say so myself, so if you want proof, we can meal plan together if you don't cook! We have a firepit in the back invite your friends or hey we all can! There are currently three of us here and we all enjoy our weekends if that is an issue sorry. Honestly looking for another no-nonsense easy-going, responsible Housemate. Perfect area in San Diego / La Mesa 1.7 miles from Beautiful SDSU! Me and my best friend have lived in this home for 5 years we love this home and know you will too!
