Chill guy looking for a renter

I am offering a bedroom in a 2 bed 1 bath condo. It is adjacent to grocery stores, drug stores, food and the freeway. We have on site laundry. I am generally a chill person and keep to myself, though I don't mind socializing. I like to cook and share food as well. I am a night owl but I will be respectful of my potential roommate's hours. Looking for a friendly person to rent to. Pets okay (though I'm allergic to cats as much as I like them), smoking and ..well smoking are okay but I would prefer it be done outside.
