Room for rent!

Single mom with a 14 year old daughter. We currently occupy both bedrooms, but the rent cost is becoming too much to bare, so her and I will be sharing a room. I’m hoping to find a roommate that is willing to share a house with a mother and daughter. I have ADHD so my house is not spotless and can use some tidying up. There is one bathroom that will be shared between us all. We have a cute little backyard space too!. I work downtown and my daughter goes to school, so we are home on the weeknights and weekends unless we make plans. Please message me if you are interested! I’m open to a couple living here as well, however, the rent would be $1400 for 2 people.
