Roommate wanted for a private second floor bedroom with private bath. Other roommate is a quiet 24 year old professional with a cat who works from home, occupies the two first floor bedrooms and bathroom, but does not use the living room or dining room. There is a fully fenced yard, a driveway, garage, bonus storage room and a front porch. Washer/dryer in kitchen. Rent is $1200 per month, does not include internet or utilities. Room is available March 30 and the lease runs through the end of July. Spacious bathroom and kitchen. All the rooms have vinyl plank floors. Close to the trolley and shops. Roommate must apply through the management company and be approved.
