Greetings! I have 1 private room for rent in a cozy, spacious condo. The neighborhood is part of University Canyon West, a very quiet and friendly neighborhood located about a mile from the University of San Diego campus. I currently live here alone. The room and condo come fully furnished. The bedroom includes a bed, dresser, floor lamp, curtains, and a private bathroom. The condo includes 2 desks, a couch, 2 recliners, living room & kitchen tables, cookware & kitchenware, a backyard patio (barbeques welcome!), a 2-car garage (1 space occupied by my vehicle), central heating (sorry, no air conditioning unit) and an in-home washer and dryer. There is also access to a community pool & hot tub, just a short walk from the condo.
