$1415 Master Bedroom & Master Bath

In search of a mid 20’s - 30’s something female roommate for our 4 bed/4 bath townhouse for move in August 1.
Lease signed by July 15 to run from August 1 - July 31.

There are currently three of us living here, and one of our roommates is moving out. The lease is for one year with the potential to resign for the following year.

Room for Rent - Master Bedroom - $1415 - 160 sq. ft. The room is bright and airy with a giant walk-in closet with space built for a couple. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, soaking tub, with storage drawers and cabinets. The Deposit is $1260 and due at 1 year lease signing + first month rent.

We’re located in a gated townhouse community in the Point Loma area called At the Bay near Midway/Rosecrans. There’s a clubhouse, gated pool and hot tub, and bbq area. Two car garage, central air/heat. Cable/internet (Google Fiber Webpass 1gig internet) runs about $30 per person per month, gas/electric is around $50-$70 per person per month, water bi/monthly ranging $40- $60 a month. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed and credit score must be 700+ per our landlords’s credit company.

We have three levels in the townhouse:
Level 1 is the ground floor that has the garage, laundry room, detached bedroom / bathroom, and front door.
Level 2 is the main floor with the kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances, living area, fireplace, balcony, and detached bedroom / bathroom (for communal guest use/office space/storage).
Level 3 has the Master Bedroom and Mini Master Bedroom.

The two car garage is currently occupied with our vehicles for parking but it is also used for additional storage space by all of us. There’s street parking available, though!
