Room or whole apartment for rent $1210/$2420!

Hey! My roommate and I are currently looking for someone (one or two people) to take over our lease ending 1/1/2024. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment $2420 all utilities included for the whole place for $1210 for one room all utilities included!
We are looking for someone to take each of our portions or the place as a whole!

There is a community pool & laundry room, it is in a very quiet & safe neighborhood in Mira Mesa (92126) close to lots of shopping centers & restaurants. There is one parking spot & you can pay $15/ month for a second one if there’s one available, but it is very easy street parking & a lot of the time that is even closer than the assigned parking spots.

Rent is $2420 EVERYTHING INCLUDED but you are responsible for getting your own renters insurance. You would need to apply & the requirements are: $20 application fee, no background or previous rental history issues, 640 credit score MINIMUM, with income total of 2.5 times rent ($6,050 combined income per month). Move in would be asap, preferably before 2/14. Need deposit of $2200 & first months rent to move in. I am willing to prorate or discount rent for this month.
