+ Shared kitchen and living spaces (living room, garden)
+ Very convenient, within walking distance to Mira Mesa Mall Shopping Center, short drive to UTC / Torrey Pines without highway traffic
+ The previous tenant is willing to let go of his last furnitures (bed and mattress+sheets/desk/shelves, see picture) for an extra $500.

Looking for a working professional that is a mature, clean, respectful, and responsible roommate. The 3 bedroom house is smoke/drug free and drama free, sorry, no pets or doubles/couples. The house will be shared with two other roommates (2 males, 30s, both scientists), but the bathroom is shared with only one.
