Room in Mira Mesa for $900 Utilities Included

Hello. This listing is for a room inside a four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom house in Mira Mesa. We are located in a quiet neighborhood near a canyon with a beautiful view. The room is furnished. If you want to swap out your furniture, that is okay, too. Utilities are included. There are two shared bathrooms. We are a fun-loving, active household with varying schedules. Since you will be renting the room only, guest visitation will be limited and approved beforehand. I am a 47 year old female. One adult male lives in the household aged 47, and a female aged 25 also lives in the home. We have two chihuahuas, so no pets please. We are a LGBTQ and smoker friendly household. Room dimensions: 11ft x 9 ft. The amount due on move in date is $900 for first month's rent and $900 for last month's rent, plus a $200 deposit.
