Available room in Mira Mesa

Hi! I am looking for a roommate to move into my second bed/bath starting July 1! Rent is $1650 + utilities ($100). You’ll have your own bedroom, bathroom and a sliding glass door out to our balcony! You would also get your own parking spot. The community also has amenities like a swimming pool, gym and tennis court.

The lease you would be taking over ends at the end of October, but there is a possibility for renewal.

The apartment is in Mira Mesa right off the 15. It’s only 5 minutes away from Mira Mesa Blvd and tons of other shopping centers.

I have a small chihuahua/jack russell terrier. I would be open to having one more pet here as long as they get along!

A little about me : I am an advisor at a university and work from home. I like to keep to myself, but am always down to hang out☺️

Also, my roommate who is moving out had most of the furniture and kitchen items, so if you have any living room furniture/kitchen items that you’d like to bring, it will be welcomed! I’ll be on the lookout for items to fill our shared spaces as well.
