You will have your own bathroom, private shared patio, access to common areas (kitchen, living room) and private garage parking. The apartment complex itself has a gym, pool, and other plenty great amenities! Along with trolley access and easy access to the freeways.
About your roommates:
You will be living with two other people which would be me and my girlfriend. We are both students in our 20s and work full time. Although we both work and go to school and enjoy our quiet time, we are very social and outgoing people and love having our friends and family over from time to time. Easy going, reliable, and clean people so we hope to find someone that can match that energy. LGBTQ+ friendly and 420 friendly. No couples and no pets.
