Hello! My roommate and I are looking for a someone to fill an empty room in our 3-bed/2-bath apartment. The spacious apartment is located in Mission Valley. It has great natural lighting and a private balcony that gets sun all day (perfect for tanning and hanging out). We are both in our late 20s/ early 30s and working professionals. Shared spaces like the living room and kitchen are furnished but the room is not. We both prioritize tidiness so the space is kept clean and organized. We clean up after ourselves and like to keep the place clean. Please note that we have 2 cats.
