Nearby is Bay Plaza Center, Smart & Final, California Produce, Food Land, CVS, Starbucks, as well as fitness centers, restaurants, services and businesses. Single occupancy. Please, no couples, regular weekend visitor stays or semi live-ins. Sorry, no pets.

ROOM AND BATH: Room, 14 x 14 (196 sq. ft.), has own bath, private entry, tile flooring, and recessed lighting. Space outside of room’s door is 99% for your use. Street parking. (Garage/shed storage not provided.) Please, no couples, stayovers, or semi-live-ins.

IDEAL ROOMMATE: Military or a person with a verifiable source of income, who seeks non-smoking, non-excessive drinking, and drug-free environment, as well as someone who is considerate of others, fairly quiet, financially responsible and all-the-way-around clean. Please, no couples, semi live-ins, stayovers, weekend stays, or small families.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Security deposit is equal month's rent and is returned in full if room is released in same condition, such as damage free, clean and clear of belongings.

TERMS: Month-to-month rental agreement. Utilities are included, except for SDGE and water. We pay large portion of water and large portion of SDGE with the remainder divided between tenants, seeking to encourage conserving electricity and water.
