Room to Rent

27 year old single mom working professional with a nine year old son. I rent a two bedroom/one bath apartment in North Park (92116). I share the Master bedroom with my Son. I am looking for a professional female roommate to occupy the 2nd bedroom (the bathroom is shared). The Apartment is Large, and I have it decorated cute. Nice older Apartment building, with pool, small fitness room and Laundry facilities onsite. I am looking for immediate or end of month. Female Roommate preferred. That includes WiFi, Gas, Electricity, Water and Trash. There is some great storage space in the apartment and the bedroom has a ceiling fan.
