Seeking roommate in 2Bedroom apartment

I live in a two bedroom one bath beautiful apartment in the heart of North Park with hardwood floors, ceiling fans and an open concept floor plan. Apartment is 940 square feet, laundry is available, common areas are furnished, interior design is welcomed. No additional pets are allowed however, service animals are welcomed! I have an (emotional support) 8 month old kitten named Arrow she's well behaved and a very social cat!

Location is more then ideal:
15 minutes from downtown and the beach areas (OB, PB)
Walkable to restaurants, bars, clubs, and markets making it very safe and affordable to explore on the weekends! No need for ubers yay!

This complex is a small intimate complex with only 9 neighbors. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming.

Rent includes utilities such as trash. Other utilities not included.

A little about me: I work full time as a leasing marketing manager in Poway Office Tuesday through Saturday. On my free time I enjoy listening and dancing to music, exploring new areas, bar and restaurant hopping and hanging out with friends. I am an extravert but I also enjoy chill down time to myself.
