Nice 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in a small complex in University Heights/North Park in the city of San Diego. Hardwood floors throughout, upstairs unit, bright and airy with French doors that completely open to patio with 5 foot walls. Bldg faces south so you have full sun from rising in the east and setting in the west. Bay window in the kitchen along with a skylight.

Condo is fully furnished, master bedroom and private bathroom attached to the bedroom. Close to all major freeways and very centrally located, right in the heart of San Diego and all it has to offer. Pretty walkable area to some great restaurants and local breweries.

In addition, the complex has a studio that I have made into a pretty nice gym. Have some great equipment in there. Did everything myself and the only in the entire complex that uses it is my current tenant. He is 27 years old, recently got out of the Navy and graduated from college with a degree in Graphic design. He is somewhat an introvert, keeps to himself and is clean and respectful. He spends almost all the time in his room when he is home. He enjoys gaming. He has been an awesome roommate for almost 2 years now. He may just be the perfect roommate for you. I am moving out at the end of the month 100 miles north to Orange County for a minimum of 2 years.
