Hi. My amazing roomate is moving in with her boyfriend. So I am looking for a new roomie to move in 7/4. Potentially could move in sooner bc she can move out whenever the room is filled.

Must make 3 times the rent and have decent credit per the landlord

I have a 8 year old pup named Jasper. He’s my world. He is fully trained, not allowed on furniture, not a barker, but will follow you everywhere and is a stage five clinger.

Looking for someone who is clean and obsessed with dogs. (Did I mention Jasper is my world) I never really bring the party home. Work full time out of the house. The building is super quiet. So is the neighborhood. Two blocks over is 30th and lots of walkable bars and restaurants.
