Bedroom/Bath In House Near Beach

I have a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom quaint house, near the beach, looking for roommate. Prefer female who is drama free., drug free, non smoker. I work full time M-F, love to cook, garden, do craft projects. I am easy to get along with. Roommate must be ok with occasional visits from my 2 school age grandsons and my 2 grown children (they all live locally so occasionally have family dinners at the house which you are welcome to be a part of). I want a roommate who will clean up after themselves and help with keeping common areas clean, be respectful of each others food, etc. share in cost of shared items that we both use. The house has a large well equipped kitchen, nice sunroom porch, small bqck and front yards, washer/dryer, really nice neighbors, Parking is on the street but there?s always space in front of the house. . The house is furnished, but the room for rent is not furnished, tho I have some misc. furniture that you could use. The room for rent is smaller, but will accommodate a queen size bed. The nice thing about the house is, you have your own bathroom, and each bedroom/bathroom are on opposite sides of the house so it feels like you have more of your own space. All common areas are accessible to you. I am a native San Diegan and have lived in this cute house for 40 years! Internet and cable are included in rent, you would pay half of gas/electric, and water.
