Current roommate is willing to swap rooms.

I have a high energy 45lb dog that is 2 years old. I am a working professional that generally keeps to myself. I do enjoy cooking and have a well stocked kitchen.
pet rent $50 for additional pets
The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned (and sofa cover replaced) before move in.
