The Room: Standard sized 2nd bedroom (~90 sq ft) + standard closet. Shared Bathroom. Asking $1000/month + split utilities (internet, gas, water, electric).

The House: 3 BR, 2 Bath house in gated neighborhood. Large patio and backyard with awesome ocean view. Full kitchen w/ gas stove, and gas grill outside. 2 car garage w/ 2 parking spots in driveway. Washer/Dryer in garage. Neighborhood access to Calavera Nature Preserve for hiking/running/mountain biking trails. 5 mins to 78, 10 mins to I-5, 20 mins to I-15

Me: I'm 28/M. I work in down town San Diego, so I'm out of the house from 6am till 6pm most weekdays. I'm very active and pretty outgoing and laid back. My hobbies include running/mountain biking, working out, MMA/Jiu Jitsu, music, snowboarding, etc. I also ride a Harley. I have 2 year old German Shepherd named Baldo. He's super social/friendly, energetic, and housebroken/crate-trained/well -behaved. My roommate also has a 9 month old black lab
