Room w/private bathroom & parking in gated apartm

Nice room in Rancho Del Oro (near RDO business park) in a gated community. Room has its own adjoining private bathroom and you have your own parking space. Internet and washer /dryer available in apartment for your use as well. Room has a mini fridge and a microwave in it for your use. Kitchen is available for occasional cooking use as well.

Community also has pool, hut tub, gym , volleyball and basketball courts, all available to occupant.

No Overnight guests unless ok-ed ahead of time. Day guests need to be confirmed ahead of time too and are fine occasionally. I work from home during the day so it needs relatively quiet. General living room/ dining area available for use too occasionally. Pets generally no. No couples. No marijuana use indoors.
