Filipino family of 5, my husband and I live in this spacious home with our 3 kids (9 month, 5 yo & 12 yo) my husband works during the day & I work at night. We love cooking Filipino food, we love when our family comes and visits occasionally from the Bay Area as well. We’re a busy working couple and the weekends are for us to relax & take the kids out. We love to travel, we visit the Bay quite often as well. Looking for a professional female to rent this room. It is furnished with a nice comfy Queen bed & 2 side tables. This room has been only used for a guest room since we've got the house 3 years ago. You are more than welcome to use the furniture or I can move it into the loft. Our house is located in Arrowood Community and right next door to Camp Pendleton back gate.
