Hi! I have a room available for the month of February for 950. Utilities included. No deposit. Furnished if needed. Washer and Dryer, good sized kitchen to cook. Elliptical machine you are welcome to use. Plenty of storage and free garage or driveway parking. Pool and jacuzzi across the street. My 5 year old daughter is here half of the time so must be comfortable with kids. We just lost our dog :( but are open to pets. There is a fenced in backyard area right off the kitchen.
