Hey Everybody! I’m currently looking for three roommates in Oceanside. Rent is split based on how many are living at the house so if you know someone you’d wanna move in with that’s fine. The down stairs bedroom(carpet) has a public bathroom w/shower(normally no one uses it unless there’s guests really) and closet downstairs(which is normally given to the person in the downstairs bed room but won’t be available until the 11th of June. The upstairs bedroom(wood floor) shares a bathroom with one other person and is available to move in now.
Guests are allowed and can stay for up to two weeks(this is the property manager’s rule, not mine)
