Private Room For Rent

Hello, Private room for rent in our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. Single adult occupancy only. Bathroom will be shared with 1 other person. Washer and Dryer not included. Bills are included and due every 1st of the month. Looking for someone that has a stable job full time outside the home. We are 5 minutes away from Target, Walmart and many other major stores. Owner: We are a small family of three that love to hangout at home on our free time. We also have a puppy named Kylo (6 months old)who is a very sweet boy. He is at the moment being trained to be the best roomie he can be but we keep him mostly outside or in kitchen area. My husband and I work normal M-F 9-5 work hours and also do a hybrid schedule. We strive to keep the house tidy and clean an expect everyone to do the same.

Roomie: Daniel will be the other renter we have who is very respectful and clean. He is very down to earth and easy to talk to. He is a workaholic so most nights he won’t be home until late night.
