Private Room In Shared Oceanside Home

Looking for a roommate to live in the third bedroom of my 3 bed/2bath house. The room is large enough to fit a queen bed, a desk, and a dresser. Additionally the room has a large closet for all your personal items and a decent double pane window for natural light.

Roommate will share a bathroom with another tenant who is a single man and is clean, polite and keeps to himself. He has been living here for over 6 years.

The last room of the house is occupied by myself, the landlord/owner of the house. I am an up-coming third year college student who is focused on getting his degree in business.

Regarding the neighborhood, it is located 20 min inland from the Oceanside beach, 5-10min from the closest grocery store, and about 10 min from the 78 freeway. It is also situated in a quiet and community.

Overall, if you are looking for roommates who are quiet, respectful, clean, and honest, this place is for you.
We are however kindly requesting that our future roommate not smoke and avoid bringing in guests into the home in order to preserve the quiet and safe environment we desire in our place of residence. Roommate is allowed to use the kitchen as well as the washer and dryer. Lastly, house also comes with fast internet. Room will be available September 1, 2024.

(OF NOTE): THE ENCLOSED PICTURES OF THE LIVING SPACE STILL POSSESS FURNITURE FROM ME(THE LANDLORD) SINCE IT’S STILL MY ROOM. IT WILL ALL BE CLEARED AND CLEANED OUT FOR NEW ROOMMATE.
